How to use this tool
Enter the dated local time and choose source and destination time zones.
The date determines daylight-saving offsets. If a clock time repeats, choose the intended occurrence; nonexistent local times are rejected.
Resolve the dated source wall time to an instant, then format it in the destination zone
Worked example
2026-07-01 14:00 · in Europe/London
Fixed example using the settings below. Monetary examples use USD; dates and times use their stated reference values. This example stays unchanged when you edit your calculation.
Example inputs
- Local date and time: 2026-07-01T09:00
- Source IANA zone: America/New_York
- Destination IANA zone: Europe/London
- If the clock repeats: Ask me to choose
Method illustration: 09:00 in New York on 2026-07-01 is 14:00 in London.
Assumptions and limits
- Uses the runtime's IANA time-zone rules. Nonexistent spring-forward times are rejected; repeated autumn times require your choice.
- Rules can change politically; update browsers/server runtimes to receive current zone data.
